Murray’s Visits Two American Cheesemakers

On a fine spring morning in April, three of Murray’s cheesemongers, Frank Meilak, Billy McGovern and Chris Munsey teamed up with Dan Fennelly, an Irish cheesemonger from Dublin and set forth to learn more about two very different East Coast cheese producers, Old Chatham Sheepherding Company and Westfield Farm. An exciting two days of discovery and cheesemaking ensued.
